All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products as described. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. Please review your order details for accuracy.
b. Payment
We currently only accept e-transfer as a method of payment. Payment information will be provided at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is received. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary. ASSEMBLY COOKIES is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@assemblycookies.com within 48 hours of receipt.
